Paris School of Technology & Business sought our services to develop an effective email marketing strategy aimed at engaging prospects and increasing the conversion rate. Our mission included strategy development, copywriting, design, tracking, and the creation of send elements for all email and SMS campaigns.

Strategy

Deploy a hyper-targeted strategy, based on the actions carried out by students

From the very first meetings, we drew up a roadmap and a detailed schedule of the various actions to be implemented according to the targets identified and the timetable (open days, Parcoursup, work-study campaign, Monmaster, etc.).

Emails are drafted according to the target, the assets to be highlighted according to the level, and the addition of high value-added elements. The design of the emails complies with the school’s graphic charter. A tracking plan has also been put in place to analyze behavior and conversions.

Over the course of the year, we then optimized the various email and SMS campaigns based on performance indicators and the implementation of A/B tests on the emails. These elements enable us to constantly improve our emailings and adapt to the calendar. Each student receives information based on the path taken and the actions carried out on the digital site.
