Goals

Develop your company's digital visibility

SECRET OF SAMUI entrusted Toclic Thailand with the redesign of their website and the e-commerce solutions. After an initial consultation, our agency was selected to carry out these tasks. We began the project by designing the new tree structure and wireframes for each page. We then began designing the graphic mock-ups for the site.

The objectives of the project were to

  • Increase the website’s visibility on the Thai market
  • Develop an online shop to showcase products
  • Improve the user experience and navigation on the site
  • Generate leads from the site

Strategy

A complete redesign, from the structure and content to the e-commerce site

After establishing the project requirements through a brief, our team worked on adapting the model to a demonstration environment by developing CSS/HTML/PHP elements to adapt to the graphic models. We also worked on integrating the products into the online shop.

Specific templates were created for the different types of products to provide users with as much information as possible and to reassure them. We paid particular attention to product images, editorial content and the user journey. We also implemented an upsell and cross-sell strategy.

As the project progressed, our team worked on optimising the content for SEO, internal links, compatibility with different screens and navigation. We also deployed a customer area. We created the website using WordPress and WooCommerce.

Before going live, we carried out a test and corrected the various elements so that the site corresponded perfectly to the expectations of the SECRET OF SAMUI team.
