Sihame El Horfi, a ski instructor, entrusted the Toclic Agency to develop a digital strategy, including website creation, lead generation, and natural SEO optimization.
After conducting a competitive analysis of the sector, our team worked on the project’s technical brief. We outlined the website’s structure, created a visual identity, and began designing the site architecture.
Several objectives were established:
- Design a modern website that reflects the visual identity and is mobile-friendly
- Implement a lead generation strategy
- Develop an SEO and content marketing strategy to enhance the site’s visibility on search engines

The implementation of an SEO and Lead Generation strategy
The project manager began by creating a roadmap that outlined the various stages and tasks to be completed. In collaboration with Sihame, we worked on the site’s structure and page wireframes, which allowed us to identify all the content that needed to be created.
Taking into account the availability of .ski domain names, we decided to combine the name of the Corbier ski resort with this extension, aligning it with the ski school’s activities. We also conducted an SEO analysis of competitors and identified opportunities where we could position ourselves effectively.
In the next phase, we developed the graphic mockups. Once approved, the developers and integrators built the different pages and performed the necessary HTML/CSS developments. Subsequently, we integrated the content (texts and images) while ensuring it adhered to SEO best practices. Finally, we moved on to user acceptance testing, made necessary corrections, installed web forms, optimized SEO, and conducted testing.
After finalizing all corrections, we launched the website.

After a few months of optimization, the SEO KPIs showed positive outcomes with a significant increase in rankings for numerous keywords.
